Information you share
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide, including your name, business, contact details and project description. It is used to understand your needs and contact you.
Use and retention
We do not automatically add your email to a marketing list. Requests are available only to authorized personnel and may be deleted when no longer needed for follow-up. We do not sell your personal information.
Client workspace and security
Clients with a personal workspace use password-protected accounts. Passwords are secured with one-way hashing. The studio uses an essential session cookie and protections against unauthorized requests.
Third-party platforms
When you authorize Google, Meta or other platforms, you keep ownership of your accounts and can revoke permissions in the provider settings. Un Clic Devant does not need your social media passwords.
Your privacy choices
To request access to, correction or deletion of personal information, use our contact form and describe your request. We will review it under applicable rules.
